So, I have an idea. So, this concept, this whole thing, but with a young Garp who just joined the marines. Garp has no clue wtf is going on and just wants to fight people, and most pirates look at this scraggly looking kid (because you cannot tell me that Garp was 1 always that bulky and 2 didn’t break the rules by joining just a bit early) and go “yep! I’ll vibe with that” while Garp is confused and most likely trying to kill them

This sounds extremely accurate??? Like Oda could say this is canon I wouldn't bat an eye??? Garp is just a lot like Luffy, it's basically Marine Luffy au but with a funky timeline. I think this is a really fun idea, good luck op!

I have another idea, same thing but with Kuzan, like, Garp passes it down or smt. And Kuzan is so confused 😂 Like:

For context in case some of you have forgotten, ace was held in the womb for 20 months after he was conceived. We know ace’s birth date, but we dont know his birth year. So i think it would be funny if the subject matter was a deep eternal conflict between him and Sabo because theyre both petty and neither will accept the other being older than themselves.

I was just really trying to exude this energy with their argument 👇 because I like the idea that Sabo has been to school before, he’s taken classes on English comprehension and written at least a couple argumentative essays. Ace, on the other hand, is just a murderous gremlin boy who has never seen a book before in his life and things like “rebuttals” and “thesis statements” mean nothing to him:

Sabo accepts the title of “middle child” eventually though because he’s a good sport sometimes (but mostly because he lost the scuffle). Also, ace counts his age as being born when he was supposed to
