Hi, I'm trying to minimize my intake of breads and dense carbs. So far I've been eating wheat, whole grain, or double fiber type of breads. But I eat too much of it. Do you know what I can use as a substitute? Also I've been eating soda crackers in place of bread. Is that better or worse? Btw I love your blog!

If you are craving a lot of bread, it probably means you aren’t getting enough fats or proteins. Try eating more fruits, veggies, and lean meats. For breakfast, focus on high carb high sugar (healthy sugar like fruit). As the day progresses focus more on eating veggies and protein. For dinner you should be eating very few carbs. Remember, if you are hungry, or craving something then eat, but reach for the fruits and veggies instead of bread.
