Yep, it's that time of the year again ! ✧⁺⸜(●′▾‵●)⸝⁺✧ When all the brightest stars in the sky (read: you, reading this right now) gather for our beloved Starship. 🚀✨ After extensive planning and preparation, we are supremely pleased to announce the dates and theme list for this year's 🌟💙❤️Starshipping Week❤️💙🌟

  • When ? Each day from July 31st to August 7th, 2023 will have a theme, however, late submissions are always accepted, you can submit work out of order, and you can opt to only make and submit works for themes that you want ! All themes are open to interpretation and you can even go off script entirely, if so desired.
  • Where ? All artwork tagged with #StarshippingWeek2023 will be reblogged here in order of submission. If you want to submit something anonymously and have us post it on your behalf, use our ask box or reach out to us through our contact details below.
  • What ? ALL mediums, ALL sizes, ALL interpretations, be it sketches, doodles, drabbles, fanfics, cosplays, videos, gifs, origami, crafts, embroidery, metalwork, or maybe even pottery - ALL are welcome as long as it predominantly features or implies the relationship between Yusei Fudo and Judai/Jaden Yuki.💙❤️
  • What's the catch? Be nice to the art and to each other. The mods of this event reserve the rights to skip submissions or artists that infringe upon others' rights to safety and enjoyment of the event.

real talk manga Ryo and Johan would've ROCKED each other' world. their personalities just mesh like black tea and honey. i mean, the fact that Johan constantly talks about how cool/strong the Kaiser is and how much he wishes he could duel him, and out of all the exchange students he's the only one who does this. in a perfect world.......

rewatching GX ep 128 and sobbing at the amount of raw sexual energy from Ryo and Johan's duel. like. why are you guys so intense. you're not fighting a battle of life or death or sth. it's just a duel to deliver a card. sure they need the energy in the attacks themselves but were all the taunting and provocations really necessary? jfc

🌟STARSHIPPING HOLIDAY EXCHANGE 2022🌟

It's simple : fill out this form by December 3rd, 2022 with as many details about your preferences in gifting/receiving as you want. Then, you will be assigned a recipient for whom you will produce a Starshipping art/fic/whatever your heart desires. The gifter's identity will be anonymous to their giftee until the gift is posted from December 24th, 2022 to January 1st, 2023. And then we rejoice in a marvelous holiday season decked out in Starshipping magic !

Some Rules & Guidelines :

  • Be communicative - There will be check-in emails sent out to help the organizers keep track of everybody's progress and to arrange alternatives in case somebody may not finish their gifts on time. We know unexpected things happen, so if you're having trouble keeping up, please let us know ASAP so that we can ensure everybody who signs up receives a gift!
  • Be considerate - We will try our best to match participants based on their preferences. Please take into consideration the preferences of your recipient when you work on the gift.
