Thank you! <3 This is a quick and not-so-pro tutoriel but I hope it'll help you get the hang of it (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)☆

It starts with a platform which the front of the foot rests on (try standing on tiptoe to see the ratio!)
Then you draw the instep (height is up to you), not straight but slightly curved, comfortable for the foot ♪
Complete the foot with the heel (not the high one yet!)
Now it's easy to draw the high heel itself (you can make the heel thinner, Dream prefers ankle boots ;)
Finally, draw a place for the toes and (somewhere in the middle of the platform) take it up! (softly ;3)
Shoe top is up to you * Profit! ♡

Foreshortening (angle) is a separate issue but as long as you remember the structure, it should work (somehow? xp) Good luck!╰(*´︶`*)╯☆

and gosh as much as i'd love to, i honestly have no idea how to approach explaining something like that? especially since i'm still on the learning curve myself. its also hard since i cant actually visualize shapes in my head (you know that chart that shows varying images of an apple in a person's head? im on the end where you can't see anything at all haha), so for me it's all about the feeling. in fact a lot of the stuff i draw, i've most likely sketched out a few times until i settle on something that seems right

im really sorry i can't provide anything helpful, but here's some of my ?? sketches?? to at least kinda show what my process is like
