what gets me the most about Johnny being the one to give Kenshi his blindfold is that a core part of what Kenshi looks like is now forever associated with Johnny in this timeline
a core part of his design is from Johnny. no matter the color, no matter what he wears it with, that blindfold is still from Johnny, ripped off of his own armor and tied onto Kenshi's face by his own hands. it's something that makes Kenshi who he is, it's one of the most recognizable things about him as a character besides his red color scheme, and now all of that is from Johnny
they are going to be associated with one another no matter where their paths take them because of that very blindfold
