Have some fleet doots! I just think it would be really funny as a side effect of going fleetway, Sonic has some bursts of emotion that surprise him and anyone who’s around him (he apologises for d  a y s for yelling at Tails)

A concept I've always wanted to draw because

A. I like Kyle

B. Somewhat disappointed in the fact there's not much focus on the fact his character sheet says he's an alien.

C. Space and aliens man. Do you know how cool most heros are that come from space?

So I just decided to do it myself. There's a few things I'm not to happy with but as a whole I'm pretty proud of this concept sketch. Not my best but I got my ideas down that I liked the most.

Apologies if you can't read my hand writing. Here's the bullet pointed words for those who can't read my chicken scratch:

* I struggled with the idea of a tail being the kite string. Still on the fence with that concept.

*I added more grey to his outfit in hopes of balancing the red/blue from clashing to much.

yo being black and depressed is hard as fuck. being black with anxiety is hard as fuck. being black with a chronic illness or disability is hard a fuck. everybody expects you to be ‘strong’ at all times and no one sees black people as complex or nuanced enough to be capable of suffering. no one ever thinks we could possibly need help. and if you’re a black woman, the moment you stop thinking about others and try to tend to yourself you’re a selfish lazy ungrateful bitch.

support black people, esp women, who need help. don’t just call us strong or tell us we’ll get through it, help us. protect us. uplift us. allow us to be beings capable of suffering. give us the same space you’d give white women to express our pain and be there for us like you would for anyone else.

I might have noticed this late but did anyone else notice during the Mama Train fight after Leo and Raph mind meld the second time-

When they were executing Raph's plan, that one split second when they look to each other-

Leo has Raph's eyes, and Raph has Leo's.
