Idk I like Keyshipping, don’t get me wrong, but aishiteru can be used without romantic/sexual implications. I think you guys are looking for koishiteru or something similar. 

Basically, Keyshipping = Really good. 

But Keyshipping ≠ canon.

Let me tell you something.

“Aishiteru” is a word used for a deep love and ESPECIALLY a romantic love. This word is RARELY used in Japan because it has a meaning of love too deep.

So…i don’t think that Astral would use a word like this with Yuma if he was only a simple good friend to him :)

And beyond that, this is not the only scene where their love is showed. Don’t forget when Yuma said that Astral is his everything, don’t forget when Yuma said that Astral is his most precious thing…

I told you only two of the most important moments, but there are many others, and when Astral said “aishiteru”…well, he has confirmed every of them.

So, Keyshipping = 100% canon

Astral IS Yuma’s everything. Yes, he said that. Being someone’s most important person doesn’t always mean ROMANCE, however. Also, aishiteru, does mean deep love. It CAN be used for someone who feels romantic love. Like I love you can be used romantically. It is used rarely because it’s such a heavy word. Yes. 

HOWEVER, I’ve seen people who are Japanese themselves say it’s not ONLY romantic love. Hell, it’s my understanding that Sasuke and Itachi from Naruto had an ‘aishiteru’ moment, but it was understood to not be a romantic thing. Yuma and Astral have a very deep bond, and I’m in no way denying that or saying the ship is in any way bad. It’s really really good. I ship it, myself. BUT having people force a queer ship that isn’t explicitly canon into canon shoes hurts when you finally find out. It makes a big difference to see a canon queer couple, y’know? But if it’s not canon EXPLICITLY, then…? It can be really disappointing.

I’m simply saying that the only interpretation of aishiteru isn’t romance, and that the current English fandom interpretation needs to be looked at with some skepticism. I’m saying that it is my understanding that saying aishiteru = CANON ROMANCE isn’t quite correct.

Even if is as you say, I am absolutely 100% sure that Astral also meant in a romantic sense.

Their moments talk, even when Astral took Yuma’s hand and pulled him toward him. I mean…have you seen the way they looked each other in those few moments? This scene was censored, but if you saw it…you can’t tell me that’s not love.

“Aishiteru” may also not always be a romantic thing, true, but in this case IT IS, and to understand it you must carefully analyze their moments as i did.

You say it’s a really good ship, yeah, but what they feel for each other is real.

And it will ALWAYS be real.
