roz feigns silly goofy non-seriousness (in part to ensure she's not taken seriously / is underestimated as often as possible) but she's all unfettered logical analysis. she still Does care (about a lot of things), but the way she's accepted that she will lose people no matter what means she doesn't let herself actually hold onto anyone. it wears on her, but she's more emotionally settled so she has a less difficult time stepping back from it.
