Heartbreak High (2022) season 1 Reboot created by Hannah Caroll Chapman

OMG. Heartbreak High is SO GOOD.

I've only seen four episodes but here are some of my favourite parts so far

💫 Stepdad: *misgenders Darren*

Darren: *uses an airhorn* THEY

💫 Literally just Darren in general 😍🥰

💫 Okay Sia 🙄

💫 What is your problem, you mayonnaise fuck?

💫 Amerie being a disaster in general

💫 Eshays???? 🤣

💫 The close ups of all the guys talking about their dicks

💫 Amerie imagining Malakai and Spider together on the basketball court 👀

💫 "Don't think about dicks." *dildo falls from above*

💫 Amerie and Malakai's first time - so sweet and the communication was on point!! I love how the show framed it - a realistic, warm, soft, intimate experience they shared

💫 The random shots of the bin chickens

💫 Do you want something 💅🏼 gay to wear?

💫 Those boys just did a cock and run! ...fuckin twinks!

I just love that we're getting an Australian show SO MUCH and I love that they're including issues that are happening in Australia and UGH it makes my heart hurt but also happy. The indigenous representation is especially so important!! But also rep for LGBTQ+, neurodivergent rep, and POC rep in general!!!

Not sure a threesome was the solution to police brutality though??? Like, fuck Harper and Dusty, right?

HEARTBREAK HIGH (2022 - PRESENT) Ayesha Madon as Amerie Wadia and Thomas Weatherall as Malakai Mitchell in Season 1, Episode 1 - dir. Gracie Otto

if you like Sex Education you will definitely like a new australian show Heartbreak High on Netflix… gay, lesbian, queer, asexual rep, there’s a non-binary character, very diverse cast, proper autism representation, likeable characters, setting, story, music you just have to check it for yourself… and this trio means everything to me btw

Seriously this show would be fucking perfect for a Tumblr week why is nobody talking about the asexual eshay with a non-binary partner and that non-binary partner having a lesbian autistic friend played by an autistic actor

19th century books will kill off a main character in one sentence and then spend 3 pages describing a street

the winding pavement had an unearthly chill lurking about it. the cobblestones were crooked and placed at random intervals, weathered by thousands of footsteps and years past over them. water pooled in a nearby gutter. the steady drip from the pipe exchoed through the empty alley. hubert was fucking stabbed. the sidewalk was cracked and old
