Lucas doesn't say anything. He just runs up to Rydia and gives her the biggest hug he can manage. He really missed her, more than anything.
Rydia flinched at the sudden contact from seemingly nowhere but then settles when she realizes who it is. "Hey you!" She laughs as she nuzzles into Lucas' chest, hugging him back just as tightly. Although maybe a little more gently, she didn't want to hurt his ribs. "It's been a while."

And then she tripped over her own feet and faceplanted. She made sure the food was safe though, what type of person would spoil perfectly good food like that?
“Got you!” Link snapped, grabbing the thief by the coat and lifting her up.
Wait, why was she so light? Looking down, he realized it wasn’t an adult. Goddesses she was so small and young! Why was a kid all on her own? And more importantly, why did her face remind her of that idiot?
