Should I revive this account for HOTD???

tomorrow i’m supposed to go to the renn faire for the first time and i’m really nervous that i’m going to be overstimulated and uncomfortable the whole time and be miserable and disappoint my partner. i really want to go and in theory it’s exactly something i would love but i’m really anxious that i’m going to end up hating it.

likes: ASOIAF, Spinning Silver, LOTR, Grishaverse, The Witcher, Howl’s Moving Castle

dislikes: anything in a school setting, i.e. special boarding schools, magic schools, prep schools, etc., anything overtly teenagery (YA is fine so long as it’s on the more mature end)
