Aww thank you! Possibly, whenever the inspiration and most of all energy is aligned I will! But I probably won't make an entire deck ever, it is just so much work for me ... I've lost my stamina for long projects :')

I don't want to use birds multiple times so it turns out to be a bit difficult to make one with multiple bird species for each tree..oh well I guess consistently isn't that important but my brain already sets up rules when I make a series 😫😆.. the thrush has a blackbird and starling on the side, and I decided that for the eurasian jay a red squirrel and field mouse (and parasitic wasp) would be fitting. The woodpecker has two nuthatchers :3 (and a weevil). If you know more birds that eat hazelnuts feel free to share (keep in mind this is European focused)

Just a little tribute for one of my favorite birds, the Eurasian jay, a bird that collects acorns and helps to spread the seeds of many trees (by simply forgetting about them 😆). I will never not get excited when finding one of their feathers. 💙✨ 🌰
Was thinking of making a little series of birds that hold a special place in my heart and are important for the spread of seeds like starlings, woodpeckers, thrushes and blackbirds and so on, but eh, let's see how the first one goes 😅
