Possibly my favorite Moebius illustration ever?

Seeing as we’re not keeping with the regular programming here at happyheidi i I’d like to share this old “friend”:

A drawing I’m immensely proud of that I drew when I was at my lowest. It’s called ‘noia’ (used in Norwegian as slang for ‘paranoia’) because I was very much so at this time. My friends (and dad) thinks this is the scariest/creepiest - and best drawing I’ve made as it really captures the spirit of feeling paranoid and I’m really proud that I managed to draw this simple little thing that actually matters a lot to me, and still have, over 5 yrs later. And it’s the same on both pages, that way when you turn it he’s still there (it’s called ‘noia’ for a reason) . I know this isn’t a typical ‘happyheidi’ thing but hey! I’m multifaceted baby

So, how do you feel about my ‘noia’?

I have mixed feelings. I’m so proud of putting a constant feeling onto paper in such a simplistic yet not really-way. And it actually helped me a little at the time, weirdly enough. But he scares me. As he should. He’s NOIA.

Thanks for keeping me company tonight with all my rambling etc. I’m so happy to have this little community of ppl that I really like and wanna share more of myself with. You make me feel safe to share some of my really personal stuff (like this drawing. It’s very personal). So thank u so much for that! I friggin love u all sm!!
