Basically “my crops are watered, my skin is clear” etc is a meme but ppl like to shorten it to “my crops? Watered. My skin? Clear” bc they like to combine it with the meme “hotel? Trivago” which is the slogan at the end of hotel trivago ads (so if you think hotel, you think hotel trivago)
Essentially combined it means that your art is healing and has made anon’s day!!
