Vancouver from Grouse Mountain
Description
Looking South from The Peak at Grouse Mountain:
In the foreground is Grouse Mountain and North Vancouver.
The first body of water is Burrard Inlet with the Port of Metro Vancouver on either side.
The City of Vancouver spans the center of the image, with Downtown Vancouver on the middle right=hand side.
In the background from left to right-- The City of Surrey, Ladner, and Delta.
Behind them are Point Roberts (part of the US), the Tsawassen Ferry Terminal and DeltaPort (also part of the Port of Metro Vancouver).
The body of water in the distance is the Gulf of Georgia.
Further in the distance are the Southern Gulf Islands, with the mountains of the Olympic Peninsula (WA) and Vancouver Island behind them.
