talking about rosabella earlier made me want to draw her so here's a quick redesign + beast form concept.
i like her color scheme, but i feel like her outfit gets kinda lost in a sea of dresses with similar silhouettes. so i swapped it out for a cropped jacket, a frilly top, and some embroidered jeans! i also find headcanons where rosabella can also turn into a beast herself super interesting so i tried designing her beast form, too. i took inspiration from how some beast designs take different elements from multiple animals.
my headcanon is that, due to a side effect of her father's curse and her connection to the spring rose, she turns to a beast on the spring equinox. typically, she returns home during that time so she doesn't scare any of her fellow students or cause any accidental property damage with how big she gets. not many other people know about her yearly transformation as a result, briar and darling being the only ones at school who are aware of it. oh, her beast form is also taller than daring's bc i thought that would be cute.

Hey guys. I hate to ask but we're in a tight spot.
Some of my longterm followers may know i've been unable to work due to an undiagnosed balance disability for a little over a year now. Much of my household is without anything resembling a steady income and we can only afford food and healthcare through government assistance. We currently live in an accessable housing unit, with grab bars in the bathroom and hallways and doors wide enough for my partner's wheelchair, but we're falling behind on rent. I have often asked followers to donate to charities instead of giving me money, not just because of trouble with various services, but because we were doing fine. Now we aren't doing so well.

okay, long-winded explanation here:
Love Nikki (the 3rd game in the series) begins with nikki and her talking cat (who isn’t actually a cat, but that’s beside the point) getting isekai’d to a magical continent called Miraland where all conflict is solved by dress up battles! Sounds whimsical and fun, right? For the first few chapters the plot is just Nikki going around and making friends.
Except the reason people solve conflict with fashion rather than combat? There’s a curse placed on the people of Miraland that punishes them for using violence by putting them in immense pain. The former prime minister of Fairytale Fashion Lolita country starts a war over it. He kills a main character. Onscreen. Nikki’s friend bleeds to death in her arms.
From there the plot is a vague amalgamation of macguffin fetch quests released in a confusing order by a publisher who doesn’t particularly seem to care about coherency. One important point, however, is a prediction by an ancient AI that the entire continent will soon be destroyed by a flood from an interdimensional ocean, the Ocean of Memories. There is one variable in preventing this, though, and that’s Nikki.
Shining Nikki (Nikki 4) is the direct sequel to Love Nikki (despite the fact that LN is still ongoing and the two games have a lot of timeline inconsistencies). It picks up after the destruction of Miraland by the Ocean of Memories, where Nikki and Momo are the sole survivors. They’re sent back in time 600 years for another chance to stop the apocalypse. It’s even more wild than LN, right off the bat. There’s arson, mind control, child abuse, a demon deal, torture and corruption. Nikki is given a gun. This all happens in the first 5 chapters. In a side story, it’s revealed that the SN storyline is not the first time Nikki has been sent back to save the world. In effect, she’s trapped in a time loop with only the vaguest hope that this time around, she can save the world.
Infinity Nikki (Nikki 5, upcoming) is set in a future Miraland. Though we don’t know much about the world or storyline, if Nikki’s been time-travelled again, she might have failed at stopping the apocalypse once more
something I find rather wholesome abt Life Makeover is how players would make food for other players and tell them to come to their houses if they need it
now hear me out: players making food for other players but instead of players telling others to visit their house the players go to other people's houses and make food there
the thought of coming to ur home and seeing ur tables filled to the brim with food (each meal made for two people) by another person bc they cared enough to do something like this sounds like a really nice gesture of sorts (bonus points if the player whose home you're visiting isn't there surprising them by filling their tables with food while they're gone sounds funnier but in a wholesome way)
