When a creature attempts to attune to this weapon, they must make a DC 16 wisdom saving throw, on a fail they take 3d12 psychic damage and lose that much max HP for as long as they’re attuned to the weapon, on a success they suffer no Ill effect.
You can use this weapon to cast spells using its charges, the spell save DC is 16
You can expend 2 charges to cast hold person at second level
You can expend 4 charges to cast Fear at third level
You can expend 10 charges to release the demonic presence inside this blade during combat, the sword becomes nonmagical while this effect occurs, you cast summon greater demon to summon a barlgura. this creature is friendly to you until combat has ended. When combat ends you must make a DC 16 religion check, on a success it returns to the sword, on a fail the sword becomes permanently nonmagical and the barlgura becomes aggressive to you.
