I had this idea for a looping animation in which a single dot has a pretty long loop, but the animation as a whole is much shorter. Because of the repetition this animation is only 1 second long!

You can find plenty of these critters high in the sky! They use their wing-like cape to leisurely soar from cloud to cloud, eating them along the way! They can often be seen hugging a little tuft of cloud with their arms, this is an emergency snack, gotta be prepared for cloudless days!
Inspired by Sea Pigs! (Both Scotoplanes and Enypniastes) And more specifically sea pigs that evolved to live in the clouds! From my Speculative Biology project!

This pokemon is based on the "Mellified Man", also known as the "Human Mummy Confection", a supposed medicinal honey made from a human corpse that was said to cure any illness or wound, and also medieval Beekeepers
This pokemon creates honey by consuming the meat of other pokemons, this give the honey on its body weird and powerful properties, however it needs to be processed and purified before it can be used on humans. However this honey in its natural form is said to attract a very specific type of pokemon.
