As someone who works at a hardware store, employees are paid min wage and given little to no training about chemicals that could easily kill you if used improperly. Always double check anything a sales associate is trying to tell you because half the time they’ll only fake what they’re saying to get the customer out of their way quick and painlessly to avoid making themselves look bad. Ask questions if you want but it pays to research what you’re doing on your own terms.
