艾可璐是一位魔女──魔女到了一定年齡就必須離開溫暖的家裡，訓練自己成為一位獨當一面的魔女，即使是懶惰的艾可璐也不例外呢。 所以，小小年紀的艾可璐也離開爸爸媽媽身邊，和勤奮的魔法貓咪金嘉一起到了好遠好遠的國家生活。艾可璐到達的國家是一個每天人們只工作三小時，剩下的時間都坐在路邊，一面優閒的喝著美味咖啡一面聊天的國家！艾可璐喜歡極了！但是貓咪金嘉可頭痛呢…艾可璐的懶惰病似乎變得更加嚴重了！ 所以有一天，不想工作的艾可璐想到了一個好點子──只要複製出很多勤奮的魔法貓咪金嘉，就可以很快的完成工作了，而且艾可璐連一根頭髮都不需要動！ 為了複製出完美的魔法貓咪，艾可璐難得得非常認真研究了魔法書，嗶嗶迪巴比迪布！艾可璐的魔法非常成功，複製出來的魔法貓咪金嘉不但都和原本的金嘉一樣勤奮，也和原本的金嘉一樣能幹！ 在艾可璐的魔法成功的瞬間，金嘉（正牌的！）深深的嘆了一口氣…
