oh I get it
zepotha is lowkey pissing me off because im a die hard goncharov fan and idk why its making me so upset
tiktok is doing their own gonchorov and it’s an 80s horror name Zepotha. the lore so far includes characters suck as vincent and anne. some scenes include a motorcycle in a tunnel with cool lights and a scene where someone takes out their eye with a spoon.
theyre trying to pull a goncharov on tiktok right now With a fake 80s movie called zepotha
waking up. yawns and stretches. falls out of bed. bird hits window. tiktok people are trying to start their own goncharov but they call it zepotha
Guys, TikTok is making their own Goncharov called Zepotha, a horror film based in the 80s
As veterans of the Goncharov movement, how do we help them. Only problem I’m seeing is it’s really straight, but it still sounds like a fun social experiment to see if we can help another platform create an entire movie from scratch, as a community
this is so nostalgic. tumblr rolls out something terrible. everyone complains. it breaks several people's dashboards. for some reason it only rolls out to a few people at a time with seemingly no warning. the community collectively and immediately searches for a browser extension that undoes the change. i know we've all gotten burnt out on all social media sucking but this is genuinely The tumblr experience. everyone who hasn't gotten it already gets an achievement. welcome to the club
actually, im glad this post got notes
everybody in the notes going "but THIS TIME it's an objectively terrible choice/a bigger deal/a cash grab!!": first time in the clown car huh

Hi Mr. Gaiman, how does it feel becoming public enemy nunber one in the good omens fandom ?
I didn't know I was. Most of the people I've heard from have been very happy about Season 2, and didn't mind feeling emotions. But if it's upset people badly enough to make me public enemy number one I suppose I could stop doing Good Omens and do something else instead.
i genuinly didnt mean it like that. I am so sorry mr. gaiman for what i said. I thought it would just be a silly little joke but obviously my tone didnt come across. I shoukd have used tone indicators or maybe never should hsve sent it at all. Once again i am realky sorry.
Please stop sending me death threats and hate commenst in my asks
FFS. @mossy-beehive is obviously joking about me being Public Enemy Number One. I'm obviously joking in return about not doing Season 3 of Good Omens if I am Public Enemy Number One.
And it is never ever appropriate, sensible, or right to send people death threats or hate comments in the asks. It's bullying and worse.
I understand that everyone is feeling fragile and emotional. But don't do this.
I'm really sorry about that @mossy-beehive .
⭐Happy 7th Birthday Palette!⭐
Many years have passed since then, so many things, ups and downs... but despite everything, I must thank all those little people out there who still remember this little marshmellow. Creating Palette was one of the best things I could have done.
Thank you, really thank you very much to all those people who remember him and I hope he continues to make all of you very happy. I'm glad I contributed something.
I'm very grateful ⭐
a lot of people seem to have trouble accepting that cynical embittered teenagers are literally right about the education system. in fact when people express that something is making them suffer suicidally it generally means there is something wrong. big news for people who desperately fucking hate kids
Women please survive

Huh?
Hi Neil, I've been a long-time fan of your work.
Art Matters really helped me in my career as an Illustrator especially when I was going through self-doubt and burnout. The book was part of the reason that I ended up working with a friend and created an anthology and oracle deck that highlights the Mythology and Folklore of South East Asia.
Our folklores tend to be passed down orally and are slowly being forgotten through time as much of them are wiped away with war and colonization. SEA folklores are also not as popular compared to Greek and Egyptian mythologies even though we have equally fascinating lore. With this project, we hope to share a part of our culture with the world and ensure that they are not lost or forgotten over time.
Our project is currently going through a Kickstarter campaign and I thought I'll try my luck to get a shoutout for our project as we've been having a hard time getting the word out there.
Even if you can't do so for any reason, that's perfectly ok! ( I'm literally just here shamelessly shooting my shot) Thank you for your books, I'm excited to read more from you in the future.
That looks very cool.
You, a supervillain, answer a knock at your door, only to find your superhero nemesis shivering, bleeding, scared, and slightly dazed (as if drugged). They appear to have been assaulted. The hero mumbles “…didn’t know where else to go…” before collapsing into your arms.
//mention of one being drugged, sutures, etc
“…!”
You’re… shocked when the entire weight of your hero sinks into your arms.
Regardless of how much you hate them, your fights were always more playful than life threatening. You could probably say they were the thing you always looked forward to, impressing her with what you came up with next, only to be defeated. Every battle ended in nothing more than a couple of scrapes… but you made sure to learn first aid, just in case things got out of hand.
You may be a petty villain with a particular affinity for robots and machines, but you’re not a murderer.
…You can’t help but feel a little worry as you rush off to fetch your first aid kit. Who would lack that sense of ethical value to hurt your hero, emotionally, mentally, and physically?
Your hero looks exhausted as she opens her eyes just a little as you begin looking her over, trying to find out where to begin. You decide to start by cleaning her wounds.
…You try to ignore how your face burns a little as you lift up her shirt and see her bare abdomen for the first time. That suit she always wears doesn’t even show off half of those muscles. Fucking washboard type beat.
…
N-no! Stop that! Don’t think like that, she’s your NEMESIS, remember??
You shake your head, and focus.
“This is going to hurt a little bit.”
“That’s fine. I’ve… handled worse, haha.”
You glance up at her, confused, as she says this.
“…Your hits were no joke, I mean.”
“What? I tried keeping them light! I never wanted to hurt you!-”
You slap one of your hands over your mouth, not realizing that slipped out.
“….Disregard that.”
Your nemesis giggles. It’s actually joyful, somewhat sweet, instead of… malicious. It almost shocks you.
“I know. You never aimed to kill me since I never aimed to kill you.”
You remain silent trying to hide the flush on your face, before you stumble out…
“Y-your hits weren’t any kind of joke either.”
“No. But they only bruised you, no?”
“…Yeah.”
Your hero smiled at you as you looked up. …You diverted your gaze away again.
You begin to work patching her up, making sure to apply creams that will help the wounds heal, and applying a numbing solution to the only real deep, concerning wound she had, so you could suture it up.
“…I half-expected I’d find you at your lair.”
“Nah. It’s the weekend. We don’t fight on the weekends, remember? That’s our days to relax, recoup, and recover from any wounds we had.”
“Ha. Yeah.”
You take in her more casual attire. A button up shirt with rolled up sleeves and pants. It’s one of her favorites. You’d see her wearing it whenever she went out with you outside of your hero and villain stuff to get drinks or something. It happened more between hero/villain duos than you’d like in your city. You pity any bartender who has to escort the ones who decided a bar fight was exactly what they needed.
“That was your plan too, huh? To just relax?”
“Yeah.”
You pause.
“…If I may, my dear, and you don’t have to answer if it’s too painful or you don’t want… What happened?”
It was her turn to pause. She looked at you, and you back at her. She glanced away, took a deep breath, and let it out in a sigh.
“Some young upstart decided to go after me from what I can tell. Couldn’t see their face, but this was the first time I’d been… I-I don’t even know what to call it.”
She pauses as you suture up the wound, her face contorting a little from the pain.
“Sorry. I was going to warn you but I didn’t want to interrupt you.”
“That’s okay. That numbing solution does wonders anyways. I just feel a tiny pinch.”
“It’s almost over. You can continue if you want. Maybe… Maybe my villain association can keep an eye out for this young upstart. Teach him the rules.”
“…Maybe.”
Your hero pauses. You assume she doesn’t want to keep going and finish up the suturing. You move to bandage her, when she speaks again:
“I think I got drugged by him.”
Your heart sinks, and your eyes widen. The fear of anyone who goes out.
“I’d… I’d been out drinking with some friends. We were all having fun and partying. There was this… unnerving teenager that was standing there–I’m surprised he even got in there. I almost thought he was fourteen. I went to the bathroom and asked for my friend to watch my drink… And… they did, but something still got in it.”
You look up at her, almost dropping the gauze.
“I tried going home but my friends wanted to keep partying. One of them went with me to my car and drove me home. She helped me in and all that and…”
She takes another deep breath. The haze in her eyes no longer seems to be from the drug, but from the dissociation of having to remember as much as she could of a likely traumatic situation.
“I don’t remember what happened. I had… so many fits of black and hazy.”
She pauses again.
“Towards the end of this… trip, someone had entered into my house. He knew my pseudonym. My hero name.”
She closes her eyes, clearly distressed.
“I-I tried fighting him off but I couldn’t, I felt like a fucking deadweight, and…”
“Hey, hey, hey…”
Your voice comes comforting, and a hand travels to her face, gently cupping her cheek and wiping away where a tear had fallen from her eyes.
“It’s okay, sweetheart. It’s okay. You don’t have to continue if you can’t.”
She maintains eye contact with you, somewhat shocked by your kind gesture before regaining her resolve and nodding. She sniffles a little as she blinks away the tears and as you hand her your tissue box and finish wrapping her up.
“I think I have an idea of who this might be…”
“Oh?”
“There was this kid. Super intent on being my nemesis or my sidekick or something.”
“And what was your answer?”
“I…”
You pause. There was something about the kid that… unnerved you. A lack of restraint? You couldnt tell. Just… something in his eyes.
“…I told him I had an interview process for both.”
“You never had an interview process for me.”
“Yeah? Well, I like you, so you’re an exception.”
Her laugh came louder, yet still sweeter than most you’d ever heard from her.
“He gave me a resume for the sidekick position since he knew that one already. I haven’t yet had the chance to look it over.”
They pause, before thinking…
“…I’m beginning to wonder if my first impression about him was right. Something about him was just… off.”
Your hero nods.
“I’m going to go and… look it over, and contact my villain friends. Tell them his listed aliases, and how he’s… kind of breaking the rules of villainy. You’re not meant to kill your hero or another villain’s hero.”
“You keep them alive.”
Your hero’s words … shock you.
You recite the last part together.
“Because all this really is, is a friendly battle for betterment in one way or another. It’s a test of skills, a test of wits, and the number one rule is to never, ever kill your hero/villain.”
You’re kind of shocked as she locks her gaze with yours. The heros have the same code?
…Then…
…
Her gaze softens a little as she takes her turn to cup your cheek.
“…You’re really sweet, you know.”
Your face is burning. You can’t… You can’t let her… but she’s… and you…
She’s getting closer. You’re afraid of what would happen if you did kiss.
She’s getting even closer and you… you don’t know how to feel about it. You could say you loved her. You could probably assume she loved you.
But for Gods’ sake she’s… she’s likely… You don’t know, she’s… not thinking straight! Yeah, that’s it! You don’t want her to make a mistake! She’s still got a little of that drug and alcohol in her system from what you can see, so it’ll be better if you didn’t!!
You push her away, face flushed vibrant red. She looks at you, confusion in her expression.
“I…I’m gonna go get to work. Let’s get you onto the couch so you can rest.”
She looks a little disappointed but takes your hand as you offer it. You lift her up, and you forget how much taller she is than you.
6'2, compared to your measily 5'6.
You guide her over to the couch and help her lay down, before you get to work, looking over the resume. Sure enough, lots of concerning shit. So you move to contacting your villain group.
“Hey, Trish!
…I know it’s the weekend, and I know it’s way, way too late at night, but I have to request we set up an emergency meeting by tomorrow at the earliest. I know it’s gonna take some time and I promise I’ll repay you for it by helping out with your plans.
…Yeah. Yeah of course. I’ll bring his resume to it.
Why he’s a threat?…
…
My hero’s been attacked by him without any prompting.
We have to warn the others so they don’t end up having their heros injured either.
(A/N: hi! this is my first time posting a quickly-written response to user writing-prompt-s! I actually really enjoyed this. Might make characters and a story based around this, I don’t know
anyways!; I’m very aware that being roofied is an actual problem hence why I have now set the tw at the start.
You–the character you’re reading as–while technically nonbinary is actually intentionally written so anyone can project onto them.
Yes, you are in love with your hero counterpart; you’re close friends, but out of some sense of fear due to self-preservation and feeling as though you would make her life a living hell, are not open about your feelings, despite being an incredibly expressive person by nature. This is the first time she’d ever gone in for what you assumed to be a kiss. That’s why you say she’s still "not thinking straight.”
I had thought about putting these lines:
[“…Isn’t it forbidden for hero and villain to be in love?”
“Why would it be forbidden? There’s more popular villain hero pairs than us that are flippin’ married for Gods’ sake.”
“I-I guess but–”]
between your hero getting closer and closer, but decided against it, ultimately.
anyways I hope you enjoyed reading ^^)
