The most touching thing about JJK ending 2 isn't the song itself only, but the scenes we see.

Itadori's fate from the first episode is to be executed by the Jujutsu Sorcerers, and Itadori himself knows that. He knows that he will die in some months or years.

But before that, he wants to live. He wants to live these final moments with his friends. That's why he takes pictures and videos of every moment they spend together. He wants from them to have something to remember him, after he will be gone...
