Something beautiful I discovered today. We are often taught in the spiritual world how Anger is one of the lowest emotions and one must try staying grounding themselves so that, anger comes more often to rare, and hence how it will raise our vibrations.

But oh my god we were so wrong, or atleast I was. Jealously, anger, all the intense emotions CAN BE used as way to manifest better.

If only you suppress that anger within you, it will keep manifesting in your life someway or the other, that's the obvious. But running away from it or avoiding it for the sake of achieving high vibes is not the best way either. Honestly.

Use that Rage, to manifest.

How? Whenever you feel something was done to you. Something was unfair, the jealousy that you may feel for not having something you think you also deserve on your mind.

Stop ignoring what you're feeling.

You may be doing everything right. But if you feel agitation, anxiety or even feel like you're on the verge of a spiral, I'm gonna need you to take a step back. What's your foundation? Your perfect self concept. Forget your desires. Remember your worth. Your desires are already a part of you, you need to start knowing that. You already embody everything you want. So stop pondering too much on something you already have, rather ponder on your self concept. Obsessing over your desires (that you already fricking have) is literally a ticket to spiraling.

Some of you are gonna have to learn to be normal again. You've been manifesting your whole life, and you didn't question your reality once. Now after learning about the law of assumption, I think many of us begin a bit unstable.

This is literally supposed to be fun, not anxiety-inducing.

1. Write your desires down (or just think from them). Visualize them. Accept them as a part of you. Feel wish fulfillment (you don't have to feel some grand feeling that overwhelms you. You just have to know). And then MOVE ON.

2. Persist. Flip your negative thoughts, or just don't feed something you don't want attention. If you're feeling anxious and agitated, fall back on your perfect self concept. Stick to your self concept affirmations but then please MOVE ON.

3. Always, always fall back on your self concept. Why? Because you already embody you desires. That was step one. Any kind of resistance will perish with your focus on your self concept.
