I wouldn't call any of my characters evil. But Kim is definitely the most mischievous of them, but doesn't go past some harmless pranks she pulls of with her friends. Muna is also a prankster, but doesn't do much evil as well, she's just bored

I mean, you can technically pet any of them, but all of them will kick your ass. How severe that would be depends on who you tried to pet
