hello! congrats for golden rose finally coming out <3 i'm having a blast with it! i came across something i wasn't sure if it was a bug or me misunderstanding something. i chose to lie to protect beka and send the guard in the wrong direction, and the game seemed to confirm i lied, and i didn't see any indication that i failed some sort of stat check, but the game continued as if i betrayed the girl to the guard. anyway, thought i should mention it. the game is so good <3333
Hello! Unfortunately, if you get the scene where you can lie about where Beka went, then that means you didn't get her to trust you. She ran away. If Beka is loyal to you, she stays until the bitter end.
The guard believed you, so as far as the captain’s concerned, you've helped her — you have the city guard on your side. In Beka's eyes, that's betrayal, you don't think the little street urchin will ever approach you again.
