Dennys: 1000+kalorie meals for small servings ex:1200 kcal = 2 chocolate chip pancakes with some banana slices on top☆what to order☆:anything from the kids menu it goes 280kalorie and up ! I reccomend the spaghetti! Pick a low cal side (broccoli+more)
The cheesecake factory : over 1,500 kalorie meals! They do have a "diet" menu which consists of 900kcal meals (this includes salads!)☆what to order☆:the best thing to order here is anything from the diet menu,,, ik you are probably like "whAa"but the diet menu is the only low cal thing you can really get from here that isn't a slice of Bread!!
Olive garden: 700+kalorie meals they do not have a diet menu and kids menu is 300kalorie+☆what to order☆:there is one dish from the kids menu that i do love and it's the gluten free rigatoni!! Super filling and good and only 280kalories!! Be careful on which side you pick though bc it's on the kids menu!
Mcdonalds : this place is like 300 +kalorie! There burgers are monstrosities but here isss ☆what to orderr☆: you can order a 6 or 4 piece chicken nugget which is about like 300+kalorie? I'm not sure .... if you want something else that's more filling I reccomend a plain cheeseburger which is about 300kalorie!
