Stevie’s essential demos and outtakes:
C - songs.
* indicates unreleased songs.
Call On Me For Magic * - a very unStevie-like song, it doesn’t sound like anything else she ever recorded, more like something from a Disney soundtrack, but it’s very pretty.
Castaway * - a very nice demo recorded in 1979 but it was never used.
Chanel, Chanel * - one of the many unused songs from the Rock A Little sessions and one of the better ones.
China Doll * - This is probably an early Rumours demo.
The Charmed Ones (City Of Hope) * - Stevie wrote this for her friend Robin who died of leukemia when The Wild Heart album was in it’s early stages.
The Chain - this demo is the version with the original lyrics Stevie wrote before it turned into the song everybody knows. I also came across this which is a very short studio demo of Fleetwood Mac working on the song with Stevie’s original lyrics, very cool!
Cecelia * - This is from the Tusk sessions but the song was also tried for Bella Donna, it didn’t end up on any album but Stevie did use some of the lyrics for a few of the live versions of “Sisters Of the Moon” from the Tusk tour.
Awesome pics! I know the info came from the Reddit source but these pics are 100% from the summer of 1975, but they didn't tour in Memphis in 1975 (or anywhere else in TN). I think these might be from New Orleans, LA on July 26, 1975, because the outfits and the stage set-up seem identical:
i'll meet you up there where the path runs straight and high

Here's the thing...
You can’t get back what you toss away, You can’t take back words once they’re spoken, And you damn sure can’t sway the feelings of another once your actions put them in that state in the first place.
Fucking finally.
Tada! Dye-painted wool felt cape, part of my emperor moth comission.
