Okay everyone. This is my first post. Its an obscure 70s shoujo manga, but it’s worth reading for its beautiful art and haunting story. This shoujo horror manga is about a japanese high school girl, Minako Ifu who is terrorized and stalked by a handsome but very evil demon, Deimos, the god of terror.
Deimos wanted Minako to be his bride so badly, that he brought terror and misery to the people around Minako. Along the story, we see many people’s lives being torn apart by Deimos in a tale of horror and tragedy. However, Minako always rejected Deimos’ offer and tried desperately to live a normal life even when the world around her crumbles. To make thing’s worse, Deimos’ jealous sister Venus also tries to harm Minako. She was trapped in the underworld for her incestuous love with Deimos. She wants to find a new body as hers is rotting, and Minako seems to be the perfect girl for this purpose.
Deimos is torn between choosing Minako, the reincarnation of Venus, or Venus, his own sister. Who will he choose to be his bride? This is a question still unanswered as the story has yet to reach an ending.
