“Um… apparently, uh, we killed Barb, and, uh, I don’t care, ‘cause I’m “bullshit” and, and our whole relationship is “bullshit”. And, uh, pretty much everything’s just bullshit, bullshit, bullshit. Oh, yeah, also… you don’t love me.“

How’s it feel holding down the show?  You’re the star.  You’re The Flash. : « Yeah.  It’s crazy.  I don’t think that part has really – I don’t think that’s ever going to set in, actually.  Because, I am The Flash—whatever.  Number 1 on the call sheet, it’s really cool.  It’s really exciting.  But everyone’s pulling their weight.  Everyone’s doing their work.  And everyone… when I’m shooting scenes, we’re all equally involved.  It’s a big team effort.  Right now, what’s nice about it is, it’s me, but if you don’t know me as an actor, you don’t see that and recognize me necessarily which his kind of cool.  I mean, it’s The Flash and I’m the face of the show, but The Flash is really the face of the show.  So I don’t really feel that pressure, “like it’s my show, I better do it right.”  We’re all working on it.  We’re all having a good time.  We’re all excited about it.  »

Crabbe and Goyle must know. Maybe we could trick them into telling. Even they aren’t that thick. But there might be another way.

Remember that time Malfoy called Hermione a “Mudblood” and the Weasley family stood up for her. And she actually had no idea what it meant because she wasn’t from a wizard family?

This is so important to me

Once again taking Ron’s lines.

The movie made no sense here. Even if Hermione knew the meaning of the insult, she would still not feel the emotional harm it intends to do considering she hadn’t really lived in the wizarding world enough to understand the same beyond a theoretical level. Also, the fact that Ron was pissed enough to explain all of this while in the middle of something as unpleasant and physically taxing as vomiting slugs, shows how bad the slur was and how protective he had grown of his friend (note that only the previous year he was questioning why anyone would want to be friends with her). By diluting this scene, they didn’t only not make sense, and belittle Ron to the comic side-kick, but you also never got to see how the Twins were protective of Hermione (the one person who would eventually be able to tell them off properly other than their Mum).

Also, as an audience we are in the same shoes as Harry and Hermione and it is the Twins’, Ron’s and Alicia’s  reactions that let us know truly how degrading and demeaning the insult was. The movie just makes it seem like he called her “silly” till Ron alone tries standing up for her, until Hagrid’s hut.

This scene also says a lot about the Weaslys as a family.

Ron is 12 years old in this scene and it’s not common for such a young child to make a speech about “dirty blood and common blood” and about how Wizards would have died out by now if they hadn’t married Muggles.

That’s Arthurs and Mollys upbringing.

Person: i hate you.

Ron: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Person: i hate Hermione.

Ron: (ง'̀-‘́)ง

Harry: I heard you hired Hermione as your secretary.

Ron: I did.

Harry: Was she good at making coffee?

Ron: Very good.

Harry: Was she effiecient at filing?

Ron: Very effiecient.

Harry: Was she fast at putting on clothes?

Ron: Very fast

Harry:

Satan:

Ron: I can explain.
