What i can do

I can’t control how I feel all the time. I can’t control the chemicals in my brain. I can’t control how others see me. What I can do is spend a few hours watching a movie that makes me feel better. I can spend hours in a fantasy, trying to figure out how the story goes. I can put the fantasies into words. I can make food for my family, my self. I can look a pictures that I took. There are a lot of things I can’t do, that I can’t control. But there are things I can control and can do.
