i was just thinking about this… i think it’s a theme in all of FNV with a lot of the factions Caesar hasn’t arranged for anyone that could possibly take over for him because the idea that someone else could replace him anyway is unthinkable to him. so he’s got Lanius who isn’t even in a position to try to be another Caesar. and even though he’s got some kind of tumor he’s still not really thinking about the world without him. Mr House just fully plans to be immortal, so at least he thought about the possibility realistically enough to kinda deal with it. Caesar had been out there sabotaging his own ability to access medical treatment for years. i think the way the NCR deals with it is a little more hidden. it’s already in the past. it’s about everything that’s happened after Tandi’s death and how we keep hearing about laws that she’s made, already mostly overturned and more of them are on the way. it raises a lot of questions for Couriers who want to take control and shape the Mojave in their own vision, like.. so did everybody else. what happens next. i’m not smart enough to really interpret this theme that well, but i do think i’ve spotted it. anyway like always the khans come out looking the best

I think since super mutants are already shown to have sensitive skin in terms of pigment (aka nightkin), I feel like it's a nice and cute idea!!
