Advice needed

I know i shouldn't ask this into the void but i want to get fit. Really fit and healthy. I go for a run at least 3 times a week if not lately everyday and do light strength almost everyday. I know i need to cut out soft drinks and eat better but what strength or any exercises in general will help the most ?

I don't go to a gym i go for runs on the oval near my house

Any advice

Tip blogs or anything muuuuch appreciated 😊

My Kody Boy got to join me for two miles since it was thankfully much warmer today and just look at that tongue! Those ears!!

everything was completely frozen over yesterday! its scary and slippery but absolutely breathtaking, especially when the sun hits just right- its as if everything is made of millions of little diamonds. 

winter running is brutal but so worth it
