My little girl and I are in a long distance relationship somewhat akin to your own situation. I've been struggling with coming up with punishments and rewards for her, although I do the best I can. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

Here’s a few ideas to get you inspired.

Punishments:

- No touching for a period of time- Ask her to play with herself until she’s about to cum but deny her orgasm. Repeat as many times as you see fit until you make her stop completely (monitor her through Skype because naughty little girls can easily get carried away)-Self spanking (make sure she does it as hard as you would if you were there)-Nipple torture (get her a pair of clothespins, make her clip it on, and make her twist, pull, flick, or whatever else you could think of)-Humiliation Play (I’m not sure what else to call it. You don’t want you’re little to catch a cold)-Make her write an apology note (You could either have her mail it or recite it to you over the phone)-Tell her to do menial chores (for example make her clean the toilet with only a toothbrush)-Write on her body what she did wrong and have her wear it the whole day

These are just a few of many punishment ideas. Feel free to combine some of the punishments to make new unique ones. For example you could tell your little that she has to kneel on rice until she writes a certain amount of lines.

Rewards:- Praise her verbally (every little loves to hear their daddys voice and especially loves it when they know they’ve please him)-Buy them some little stuff (stuffies, a new outfit, a set of crayons or colored pencils, or anything else she might like)-Write her a love letter-Extend her bedtime-Let her eat extra sweets or candy-Send her one of your pieces of clothing to wear (im sure your little wouldn’t mind wearing one of your oversized t shirts to wear around the house)-Give her a set amount of playtime to cum as much as she wants -Read her a good night story-Buy her a new toy or vibrator to use-Let her fulfill a fantasy she’s wanted to try-Set up an appointment to get their hair / nails done or a massage

Most of these ideas are a little too much to reward your girl every time she does something you like, so one good idea I’ve run across over tumblr and used was having a sticker chart. Every time your little does something right you give her another sticker. And when she reaches a certain amount you reward her with something above. Also nothing on either one of these lists are set in stone, so feel free to customize them to suite your needs.
