Have you heard of the tale of a Prince from Heaven who came into the world to die for the sins of humanity so they can have everlasting life?

The Powerful Heir to the Maker of the Universe,

Came into the world as an innocent infant through a virgin birth.

The Cornerstone lived among the diamonds that loved Him,

As well as the rough that rejected Him.

After His baptism and His 40 days battle with the dragon,

He preached of His Father’s Approaching Kingdom.

There were those who received Him and His Word,

As there were some who tried to stone Him for the Word.

The ruble of self-righteousness sought to slay the Prince,

Hence they bribed The Iscariot.

At the Garden, His Highness prayed thrice,

“Take this cup from me, but thy will be done.”,

In the following He was betrayed, and left alone to face His Destiny,

By His own pupils.

They tried Him unjustly in trial,

Then they nailed Him to a tree between two thieves.

When He breathed His last and lay down His bleeding head,

The Roman pierced His side where blood and water flowed.

The Dragon and ruble thought they had the last laugh,

Only to find The Alpha and Omega had the tables turned.

Three days later, on the first day of Unleavened Bread,

The lassies came to pay Him tribute,

Only to learn He had risen from His borrowed tomb.

The disciples ran to and fro from His tomb,

Leaving a weeping Mary Magdalene.

Her Risen Rabboni wiped her tears and gave her leave with a message,

“I have ascended to My Abba and your Abba; to My Elohim and your Elohim.”.

When she met the brethren they doubted her,

Only to be rebuked by the Cornerstone.

At the lake they spent their last days until His Ascension Home,

Knowing that He would be with them until the end of the world.

As they share His doctrine which spread across the globe,

That they had sins to repent of and a redemption to receive,

It came to be known as The Gospel,

Which is the tale you heard just now.
