Dlaczego tak bardzo boimy się w otwarty sposób mówić o uczuciach? Nie zdradzamy, co nas boli. Nawet przed tymi, których kochamy. A przecież chyba zależy nam na sobie? Zapominamy, że słowa nie służą tylko temu, by ranić. Są po to, by nas jeszcze bardziej do siebie zbliżać. By pomóc rozwiązać konflikty i nieporozumienia. Często zasypiamy przytuleni do niedopowiedzeń. Nie dbamy o to, by rozplątać negatywne emocje. Brak czasu, brak ochoty, brak zrozumienia. Czy to ma sens? Żadnego.
