For writers that have 2 artists, do the artists know that there are 2 artists assigned to the same prompt or is it on the writer to let the artists know?
writers should let them know

Two things: 1) when can artists expect a confirmation email? 2) you said the discord was at the end of the sign up form but I'm not seeing it in the email I received of me filling out the form.
Yes, the discord was on the conformation page at the end of the sign up form.
Googleforms automatically sends out an email with all of your answers to the sign up form when you submit it, if you did not receive one you’re not signed up. I do not send additional confirmation emails, I feel a conformation page and an email from google is enough.
Hi! I signed up as a writer a little bit ago, but I never received an email with the discord information, and I’m a little confused on how to submit my prompt. my aftg blog is knox-knocks, and I just wanted to make sure I was actually signed up?
the discord information is at the end of the sign up form
check your email spam folders bc I sent the prompt application email a couple days ago and there’s less than 18 hours left to get your prompt in
Sign ups run from now until March 26th at 11:59 PM PST

Question! As a podficcer, I am hesitant to join big bangs, but I saw y'all need artists. My main concerns surround: 1) a lot of authors feel disappointed by podfic, but also 2) if there aren't specific guidelines about how much of the fic needs to be podded, I and others I know have been given minimal time to pod the fic before posting and it becomes high stress. Do you have any protections in place for this form of art so this doesn't happen?
We have had podfics in the past, and currently have artists signed up to do podfics this round. I work with each person as they need assistance.
Every case is different and depends on a multitude of factors such as how long the fic is, how long it takes each individual artist to work, how the writer and artist decide to work together. It also depends on what minimal times means. A day, a week, a month?
In the sign up form there’s a place to put your questions and concerns. If you need a specific amount of time, that would be the place to let me know. The sooner someone lets me know, the more I can work with them. If nothing is brought up until the end, I can’t do anything.

if you draw, paint, sew, crochet, sculpt, or any other art medium I’m forgetting we’d love you to create a prompt!
by the way, not art is required for the prompts! We don't ask for art to be even started yet. The first check in is mid October. for the prompt we will ask for a text prompt: 100 word idea, main pairings, max rating you’re comfortable with, major warnings you’re comfortable with, genre, and any art ideas you have so far (these don't have to be what you end up making)
