This dude’s trying to start shit in the Battle Hymn of the Republic fandom and I cannot stress how wrong and pointlessly divisive this is. He is talking about the same guy! These are not two different types of guy! The Guy Who Thinks the Period from 1858-1876 Defined America is One Unbreakable Union of Guy.

While there is obviously an other kind of guy here, the key difference is not whether he thinks the pre-1865 part is more or less interesting. It’s about whether he thinks Robert E Lee is interesting. Come on, people!

A Type of Guy divided against itself shall not stand!

The thing is, it is. I don’t know if OP knew that, but this is. Actually what happened.

“So, Kojirou’s crossdressing. Setting aside that time the Rockets dressed gyaru for a moment, when we were making the Rose of Versailles-esque Musashi & Kojirou, we were going to have Musashi wear the (Marie) Antoinette outfit, but it didn’t seem like a good fit. Then we tried it out on Kojirou and were like, well, that looks about right. So that’s where Kojirou’s crossdressing odyssey really began.”

This is an actual pokeani character designers account. This. Literally happened with these exact outfits 😂

oh what!!!!!!

IT’s DARE Monty Python’s Flying Circus!

this was genuinely only made because a friend was listening to this song recently and said; “that bit sounds like the warbling policemen from the funniest joke in the world sketch!” that’s legit the only reason this exists

The Habergeiß [Austrian folklore]

In Austria, there are tales about demons that dwell in grainfields. This creature, known as a Habergeiß (pronounced Hah-berr-geiss), is most commonly depicted as a goat-like creature with three legs and sometimes with bird-like traits. It has glowing eyes and often a long beard. Though sometimes, the creature is portrayed as a three-legged bird with a goat’s head. Whatever the case, the Habergeiß always carries a large basket on its back, which it uses to store kidnapped children. Seeing one of these creatures is a bad omen, and in some tales, it drinks the blood of people and animals, not unlike a vampire.

In Salzburg, there is an annual festival with parades, which was traditionally held to scare off the evil spirits that come during winter. In these parades, it is common to find people dressed like a Habergeiß.

Demons that dwell in fields with grain or corn are actually quite common throughout Europe, such as the Flemish “Korenpater” and the German “Roggenmuhme”. Such tales were told to children to dissuade them from playing in the fields, where they would damage the farmers’ crops.
