ADHD, fandoms, and gayness. All in one blog.

@adhd-fandom-and-gay

A blog where I talk about how gay and neurodivergent I am whilst saying a lot of stuff about my hyperfixations aswell. I'm very socially awkward aswell. VERY. If I ever seem weird during a conversation, it's not your fault, it's just me being awkward. Sorry.

God, Your design of David in your Two of us Au looks so gorgeous, he looks like one of those stressed-out tired kid prodigies in school.

That is exactly what I was going for. Honestly David strikes me as one of those home schooled prodigy children, terrifyingly smart with private tutors out the wazoo. He really had everything going for him before the accident.

Idk of he is going to college or if it would be better to have it consuming his life to the point where this is all he's doing. But the idea of him squeezing the literal reanimation of his dead parents in between normal ass school classes is really funny to me.

If Roy and Lesley regained their memories, would they be horrified by what David did? Or pity him?

The thing is they aren't David's real parents, they're copies. David's parents died in that car accident and no matter how much they look like them, how many memories he implants into them, or personality traits they happen to share, those are new beings he has created and they will never be his real parents. He's spending his life twisting them into a mold they will never be capable of filling and torturing them all the while.

So yeah, I think if they knew the full extent of what he was doing they would be horrified.

Was ToU!David in the car when Roy and Lesley were in the car accident? Cause I've got an idea for something but how I write it depends on if he was in the car or not

He was! It was extremely traumatizing!

This was a panel from a comic I’m not finishing! It was going to be Roy’s car dream sequence, so do with this what you will

the key thing to know about red guy is he is always going through it but 90% of the time he refuses to say how he actually feels or actively tries to redirect it. because he has a general desire to keep the peace and he knows that expressing dissatisfaction will be punished. but underneath There Is So Much Going On Emotionally All The Time. i find that his more worked-up moments (positive and negative) are the best indicators of how he really feels bc It Is The Nature Of Stuff That Is Bottled Up That It Can and Will Burst Out. and also he is usually more likely to talk about his feelings if he feels like he’s in a situation where it is safe to do so
