“Why can’t love at first sight exist? Why does there need to be a pre-ordained number of days before you can admit to being utterly and recklessly in love with someone? To admit to the instant connection and attraction that comes when you meet someone. How many stages in a timeline, how many steps ahead, do we have to be before we can admit to what’s been in our hearts from the start? Our lives may abide by neatly timed schedules but our hearts and souls needn’t follow the same arduous routine”
