And then went on to film endless movement sequences, mostly walk cycles, of various animals and human subjects (to the enternal gratitude of animators everywhere).

On the last day of Pride Month, I just want to say - I hope you all enjoyed the month, and I hope you can take pride in yourself all year long. It’s been great for me, even being unable to go to Pride, and I’ve really enjoyed the subtle coming-outs that some of my friends did with their bracelets. I hope you all had just as great of a month, if not more. Remember that you have a community, and that we all love you, even when you struggle to love yourself.

For all my fellow arospecs: according to most calendars, this is our day. You deserve a day in Pride Month, no matter how much it gets overshadowed, and I hope you spent the day being happy and proud of who you are. You’re wonderful, and I am proud to be a part of such a great and supportive community.

My relationship is really different from what I ever imagined, even before I realized I was asexual / aroflux. Somehow since entering college, I managed to get into a polyamorous QPR with 4 other people, making us a 5-person relationship overall. The best thing I think is that each individual pairing within the relationship has a different relationship with how we interact, how we experience attraction to each other, etc. but it all works because the bottom line is we all love each other, respect boundaries, and communicate!

Before this year I didn’t think I’d ever be in a relationship and I would have been perfectly happy single, I’m sure. Nonetheless, I’m incredibly happy where I am now and thankful for every last one of my datemates.
