i sometimes feel creepy bc i will be scrolling through my feed or i will find a new really cool blog and i will be like
"if i don't like every post that makes me smile, i will die"
and i will end up spamming someone's notifications

Womanhood, everybody.

This was the image that flipped the switch in my brain. I can’t overstate how pivotal this simple message was in the way my thoughts on makeup changed, on how disenchanted I became with liberal feminism and how quickly it happened

^^it helped me a lot too

what i say: i'm going to work on my novel!

what i do: *spends half an hour actually writing* *spends an hour researching obscure details for my universe* *spends 2 hours daydreaming about my universe and characters* *spends 3 hours daydreaming about other people daydreaming about my universe and characters after i become a famous published author* *repeat*

Khalsa Aid is fucking amazing. They're who you want to donate to, period.

This is one of the few cases where I advocate donating to organisations rather than individuals, because right now, in India, the breakdown of medical infrastructure is so bad that money won't help you. The effort is being carried out now by volunteers who are coordinating resources.

Khalsa Aid is a very old and proven and beloved organisation with absolutely no ties to the hindu government. In fact they have extensive ties to the still-ongoing farmer's protests. They are effective, established, trusted, and sound.

friendly reminder that i have a big heart and i am trying my best
