Naka-kon 2019

For Naka-kon 2019, my cosplay was Lady Kikyo from Inuyasha. After the second day, I went without the wig. The costume was great without it, in my opinion.

My neice joined me in the fun too. It was her first anime convention, and she was so excited to go. She went as Ciel Phantomhive. She has caught the cosplay bug, but is still super shy and unsure how to pose for photos. Me too, lol.

Just like last year, my mother crafted our costumes and she did an incredible job! She demands another costume challenge for next year from us. Looking forward to Naka-kon 2020.

My family has taken up a bad habit. When apologizing we say "Sorry... Not sorry." Which, in all honesty, is more honest than us just saying sorry because we are NOT! Youngest nephew hasnt figured it out yet. He keeps getting mad. Aw well

Naka-kon FUN

Just got done with a very wonderful weekend at Naka-kon at the overland park convention center. I cosplayed as Rose Quartz. First ever convention. And first ever cosplay! I have to send out a gigantic thank you to my mother for making my dress. The pattern was advanced, and I am but a novice. Pictures soon to follow
