Matty Mullins (Memphis May Fire): I just wanted you guys to know that it's possible to come out on top, even when you're the underdog

Jona Weinhofen (Bring Me The Horizon): Brush off the negativity and stay strong

Austin Carlile (Of Mice & Men): If you're a fan of hurting others, talking down to, or trying to bring others down, then never call yourself a fan of mine.
Alex Gaskarth (All Time Low): I want you to fucking pinky promise me you won’t do it. No fan of mine will kill themselves. Don’t do it, for me. I love you
James Veck-Gilodi (Deaf Havana): There's nothing worse than losing a fan. I don't want to lose any of you guys. Stay with me.

Femininity Tip 7:
  • Voice/Tone. Babe, soften up that voice. You know that voice you put on when you’re talking to your crush, yeah, that one. Use that voice all day, everyday. This voice is the voice that makes you a feminine woman in any room. At any time.
  • If there’s any thing that exudes femininity, it’s the soft, knowledgeable voice, leaving your luxurious lips. It’ll make everyone around you see you for who you are, the feminine woman you long to be.
  • Feminine woman have kind eyes, kind mannerisms and extremely kind voices. Soft voices pull you in and make people extremely comfortable around you. It also makes people want to respect you because they see you as a warm, kind and seductive woman.
  • Women who “seemingly” apply this to their everyday careers: (Ari Lennox, Jhené Aiko, Janet Jackson, Beyoncé.)
  • Your voice doesn’t have to be extremely high but you don’t want it to be too low. Find your balance and picture yourself speaking with your favorite person/crush. That voice is your feminine voice.
  • (Do’s: Hum, drink water, speak slowly and softly, speak quieter to reach your seductive tone)
  • (Don’ts: speak too loudly, speak too lowly, speak too quickly.)
“Healing is layers. Healing is time. Healing is excruciating. Once you think it’s done, it’s not.”

I Challenge You To..

Be as delusional as possible for a week.

Take 2 selfies a day. You need to be very self aware of your beauty and pretty privilege. Do not wait 5-10 years and see how it’s like to feel average.

If you only drink water when you brush your teeth, begin drinking at least 1 bottle of water (16.9 oz) every 2 hours. Water changes your mentality and enforces self-discipline.

Literally embody your feminine archetype. If you’re worried you’ll be seen as an attention seeker because your archetype or femininity is trending on social media, GET OFF OF SOCIAL MEDIA AND SMELL THE ROSES.

Grandiose displays of femininity have ALWAYS been around but we now have pictures and audios within arm’s reach! Wear that outfit you’ve been staring at, hang up a woven teabag full of Epsom salt, orange zest and rose petals on your shower faucet, wear the lipstick that’s been sitting on your counter and speak the language you’ve been practicing for years in public!

Remove self-limiting beliefs and restrictions. You are the blueprint, a sex symbol and inspirational. You don’t need permission to wear what you want and to act emboldened because they’ll copy you anyways. Some people will sell their souls for your voice intonations, skin color and hair.

Pause overthinking. Referring back to displays of femininity, do not waste your time, sanity or money watering down what could happen if you take up space in a room or envision yourself as a desirable goddess.

View your self esteem as a trophy behind glass in a vault. No one can intrude unless they have your fingerprint.

Femininity Tip 8:
  • Submission. Listen babe, stop blaming your lack of submission on other people. It’s all us and we know it.
  • We were taught to be independent and do everything for ourselves but this is because we come from women who “did everything themselves.” We were taught to be a strong woman, just like them but baby, I’m here to tell you that those days are through.
  • As long as your submission isn’t fumbling your finances or messing with your bank account, exude that submissive energy.
  • Let him do it.
  • Submission has been objectified and we’ve seemed to have lost the true meaning.
  • Submission has never been inferior, submission makes you superior. And this does not apply to just relationships, you can use your submissive energy daily. Even as a single woman. Especially as a single woman.
  • Homework: Allow that random man to open your door, allow that guy to carry your groceries, allow that dude to pay your tab at the register. You’re a woman for god’s sake, a feminine woman, a queen. If you wanted to do it yourself, you could, we all know that but you’re not. You’re way too pretty for that.
  • As a feminine woman, the only thing you should be worried about is what nail color you’re going to get next week. Let the men, do a man’s job and trust me babe, they’ll enjoy every moment of it. Men love to feel needed.
  • (Do’s: saying “yes”, “it’s so heavy”, allow a man to do it for you.)
  • (Don’ts: saying “no”, do everything for yourself.)

How to Feign Your Life is Together

Have a signature accessory, clothing article, make up look, or hair style.

Have a fragrance. Make your hair scents and lotions match your perfume.

It’s okay to dine alone. Bring a book or people watch.

Love your hair. Research the best brands for your hair type and use masks weekly.

Your nails don’t need to be fancy, but keep them maintained.

Stay worldly. Know works of art, artists, designers, films, books, politicians. Spend your lunch break reading the paper or a magazine.

Crying is not a weapon. It’s okay to feel your emotions, but never use them as an excuse to avoid your problems.

Jealousy is boring. Love and appreciate others. If you can’t love them, forget them.

Boost others. Flatter others, but don’t deprecate yourself in the process.

Don’t sulk. Don’t let the whole world know your problems. If you don’t want someone to give their opinion, don’t share your situation.

Your life is between you and the universe. Don’t post your personal matters for others to see.

Don’t emotionally blackmail others. They hurt you? Let them know and then move on. It’s between the two of you and not the world.

Cook dinner. Cook dinner and listen to music, the radio, or a podcast.

Treat yourself to candles and flowers. Be your own cheerleader.

Take naps. Take a cat nap on a Sunday afternoon with the blinds open and the fan on high.

Drink your water, eat your vegetables. Take care of your body.

Never have time to take off your jewelry before bed, but always have time to take off your makeup. Your nighttime skin regime is important.

Mystery is beautiful. You don’t need to reveal much of or about yourself.

Never appear other than as you are. Don’t lie about yourself. Embrace who you are at your core.

being attractive isn't just about your looks. Its also your energy and the way you carry yourself.

When people aren't treating you right- stop begging and cut them off.

Decide on your personal boundaries and live your life based on them.

Stop playing hard to get. Play silly games, win silly prizes. Relationships and love isn't a game. You are only going to attract players. Instead BE hard to get. Know that not everyone deserves you and let people earn you. Let them prove to you that they know you're worth and see you as an asset. Invest your time in hobbies, studying, working out. Things that make you better, different from the rest and as a result, genuinely hard to find and to get!

Break toxic cycles quickly. If it doesn't serve you, you have no problem letting it go because you know your worth.

These few things alone make you so much more intriguing and will have men wanting to chase you.

I powerfully give myself the most purest love. I powerfully give myself the most rawest love. I powerfully give myself unconditional love. I powerfully give myself radical self-acceptance. I powerfully give myself unconditional forgiveness. I powerfully give myself unbeatable love. I powerfully give myself everything I crave, need and desire. I’m powerfully obsessed with myself and only myself.
