im a grown woman i dont feel the childish need for acceptance that i craved in my youth anymore. shaking and gripping the sink
reminders for a bad day:
- your worth is not just defined by how productive you are.
- you don't have to prove anything to anyone.
- you did your best, let it go.
- you deserve to be treated kindly.
- you deserve someone to be patient with you.
- it's okay, we all make mistakes.
- you can always choose to do things differently.
- not every day is going to be the same.
