When is it okay to laugh at someone's tics?
I've had a few people ask me this so I thought I would answer, remember that everyone with tics is different so might not fully agree with what I'm about to say.
When it's okay to laugh: if the person who had the tic is laughing!
When it's not okay to laugh: if the person who had the tic is in pain or if it was an offensive tic.
