Given your conservative views, it always surprised me that you like the West Wing. Just shows that the show is so good that personal politics don't matter.

My brother and I liked to joke that the West Wing was the best science fiction on TV because it depicted politicians who actually cared about helping the country. And that goes for both sides of the fence.

In your state of the wall you mention how "name books" get more views than obscure indies like Sci-Spy. I must say, the fact that you keep doing them instead of just reviewing famous Marvel and DC comics and Licensed books all the time shows you have an admirable sense of artistic integrity. Most reviewers only review famous things to get more views, you on the other hand don't let stuff dictate your content. Its the beauty of being self employed with no execs telling you what to do.

In addition, I find that the independent stuff is where we get a lot of the weirder stuff out there. Your Warriors, your Bimbos in Time, your Nova Girls - what you’re saying works both ways - the lack of editorial or executive mandate over things also allows a lot of crap to go through, which often leads to some of the most ridiculous, funny material ever produced.  ^_^

It looks like your response about the absence of FF and X-Men from the 75th anniversary "sometimes a cover is just a cover" hasn't convinced some people. Bleeding Cool is using that cover as "proof" along with a "source" that you're gonna cancel FF for movie rights reasons. Please deny this so that the rumor mongers don't get out of hand. There is no way you guys would hire James robinson if you intented to cancel the series. (Though Ultimate FF will probably end from low sales anyway).

My denying rumors isn’t likely to keep anybody who’s prone to paranoia from panicking.

But really, does this even seem remotely plausible to people? Does it make any sense?
