you will not eat

you will not binge

you will have self control because you know what?

if you dont binge this whole month and you keep under your calorie limit

youll be able to eat on christmas and not feel miserable

and that is going to be fantastic

New rules

From now on:

  • I don’t eat fucking bagels.
  • I don’t eat white bread
  • I don’t eat cheese
  • I don’t eat pasta
  • I definitely don’t eat pizza
  • I don’t eat chocolate
  • I don’t eat cake
  • I don’t eat sweets
  • I don’t eat crisps
  • I don’t drink anything other than water, tea and diet soda.
  • I don’t ‘treat myself’, because I don’t deserve it.
  • I meet my minimum calorie burn goal everyday
  • I drink water
  • I don’t fucking binge, ever
  • I don’t eat on my own
  • I don’t eat with friends
  • I don’t snack
  • I will fast for at least 16 hours a day
  • I will weigh myself every few days and will act accordingly
  • I WILL NOT BACK DOWN

When you’re hungry

  • Clean your room (wipe the floors, wipe the dust, vacuum, clean the Windows)
  • Reorganize/clean your desk, closet.
  • Shave/wax your legs/armpits and tweeze your eyebrows.
  • Put on a face mask
  • Do a pedicure or manicure
  • Fill your bathtub and just take a long bath
  • Make yourself an aesthetic notebook (to motivate yourself to lose weight or something like that)
  • Update your Tumblr(make a new header, change the colour…)
  • Draw or paint something
  • If you play an instrument, play all the songs you know 3 times
  • Draw something on your body with paint or pens
  • Drink 3 teas
  • Drink 3 cups of hot water
  • Drink 1 liter of water
  • Workout
  • Go for a walk
  • Go to the library and take a good book for reading or read there if you can do that
  • Read 50 pages of some book
  • Watch 5 youtube videos
  • Listen to some music (I recommend some lofi music, my favourite is lophee)
  • Watch some k-pop (all girls there are really skinny it will motivate you)
  • Watch some vine/meme compilations
  • Watch some fat acceptance cringe or something like that
  • Play with some make-up

things that happened to me after i lost weight

  2. i have a teeny tiny thigh gap
  3. i got asked on a date
  4. people notice me more
  5. people offer to buy me food
  6. my family makes positive comments about my eating habits
  7. i dont get weird looks or mean comments about my stutter
  8. people listen to me more
  9. i have to keep pulling up my jeans because they dont have enough fat to grab onto
  10. i feel full faster
  11. i sweat a lot less
  12. i feel more comfortable wearing crop tops or shirts that expose my collar bones
  13. i feel less bloated
  14. it’s easier to fast
  15. i can feel my spine, ribs, hipbones, and cheekbones without trying to find them
  16. classmates i dont talk to will randomly start up conversations with me
  17. i no longer crave the junk food i used to love & when i eat it, it makes my stomach hurt really bad
  18. shopping is easier and not as embarrassing and stressful

guys i know its hard right now but think of what you have to look forward to <3

skinny doesn’t come over night. you have to WORK for it. before you pick up those chips, oreos, ice cream or whatever gross fat you chose today think to yourself. am i just gonna give up? do i wanna throw away my dreams? do i wanna feel like the fattest person alive? or do i wanna be strong and keep going? if you answered yes to the last question then you’re back on track. you aren’t seeing results now but you WILL! you have come too damn far to give up today. now put down that disgusting food and be the person you strive to be because one day you WILL be your own thinspo. 

things to do instead of eating

• sleep, it burns calories

• workout

• paint your nails

• watch a movie

• clean your room

• pet ur dog

• go outside and walk around

• watch game grumps livestreams, they’re really long and a good distract method

• brush ur teeth

• practice a new dance move

• try doing a different makeup look

•WHATEVER U DO DONT EAT ITS NOT FUCKING WORTH IT!

ANA the basics: 20 TIPS

  • i do not promote eating disorders.
  • this is just the things i wish i knew sooner
1) Drink A LOT of water
2) Tea and coffee is really tasty
3) soda in general is so fucking bad for you, diet soda included but i mean it’s diet
4) 12 hour fasts aren’t that hard
5) do light exercise, it will make you feel better
6) you are in control, food isn’t.
7) you don’t need that next meal. most people have enough fat to be able to last long enough for 25-50 days. you’ll be fine.
8) lemon water is fucking amazing.
9) read anything, a book or a fanfic it doesn’t matter.
10) look at thinspo, it will always help.
11) weigh morning and night. if you binge you can see how it effects your weight.
12) i don’t recommend this but smoking or vaping helps me not eat.
13) you will always wake up lighter then you were the night before.
14) sleep, a lot, chances are you need it after not eating.
15) you can’t eat when you sleep.
16) listen to your favorite music.
17) look at clothes that you will look good in at your UGW.
18) wake up a bit early and when you undress and compare now to your first goal weight! boom motivation.
19) work out, even if it’s 20 jumping jacks. i promise it’ll make you feel a little better.
20) stay fucking safe 💗
