Something I find very very interesting is the shade of medium blue - seen in his tunic, denim jacket and the watermelon sweatpants - stayed more or less consistent till the end.
But in the last shot? He has shed his gold-coloured garments, which this scene from ages ago represented:
But his new palisman is blue colour! I'm seeing a theme of reclaiming in the midst of grief...
He still had the gold/yellow sweater when times were still good in Thanks to Them
but I think he wanted to move away from it all after all this, at least from what they showed onscreen. I could be wrong. But due to the shortened season they really had to decide what to show, in order to tell us something in an intuitive way about his post-traumatic growth
I still hope he wears wolf T-shirts though T__T
