There's something about people complaining That 90s Show sucked because it wasn't overflowing with That 70s Show nostalgia, David Tennant returning to his role as the Doctor on Doctor Who, Marvel banking more money than ever based on nostalgia alone, the endless soulless covers of 70s-90s music.... nostalgia culture is literally rotting people's perception of media. People are more willing to see a cheap, effortless nostalgiafest than something well crafted and made with love nowadays. And it's only snowballing further. The death of critical thinking and individualism, wrapped up in paper you remember from childhood christmases, and a shiny ribbon that fills your heart with the warmth of the past. MCR was right.

The subtitles of the new Puss in Boots are SO BAD. Literally every single instance of anyone saying anything in Spanish, even just a single word, is replaced with [speaking Spanish].

There is a character who throughout most of the movie is known as Perro or Perrito and even that gets replaced with [speaking Spanish]. So a deaf person watching this movie would have NO IDEA what the other characters were calling him!! It’s ridiculous.
