I'm so confused with how my body looks compared to my weight. And I don't know if my mind is tricking me. I'm 5'10"|163lbs or 178cm|73kg. Don't mind the mess btw... Gotta clean up

my new IBS medicine helped with bloating SO MUCH. i ate dinner last night and still woke up like this. i don't think my stomach has ever been flat since my flare up (without long fasts)

So I’ve been eating pretty well lately. I haven’t binged for a week now and it has been great. I’ve lost 2 pounds since last week. The only bad thing right now are the cravings. God especially in school. I also need to workout more but I’m constantly tired so that’s hard. Anyway, that’s basically the update.
